Homemade Chicken Meatball Description

Tender, juicy, and flavorful — these homemade chicken meatballs are made with fresh ground chicken, herbs, and light seasoning for a healthy yet delicious bite. Perfect as a snack, appetizer, or main dish, they can be cooked in different ways to suit your taste.


Cooking Methods

1. Stove (Pan Frying):

  • Heat 2–3 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Place meatballs gently and cook for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Fry until golden brown on all sides and fully cooked inside.

2. Oven Baking:

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lightly brush with oil.
  • Arrange meatballs in a single layer.
  • Bake for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.

3. Air Fryer:

  • Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
  • Lightly brush or spray meatballs with oil.
  • Place in a single layer in the basket (don’t overcrowd).
  • Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway for even crispiness.
