3-Day Feedback & Returan, Redund-Exchange Window

Your family’s health and satisfaction are incredibly important to us. We welcome open critique to help us perfect our small-batch recipes.
  • If you experience an issue or have a complaint, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • We accept valid returns, structural refunds, and item exchanges provided the request falls within this 3-day window.
    Payment Refund Processing Time: 
    When a refund is approved by our team (following a valid claim submitted within our 3-day feedback window), the financial transaction will be processed as follows:
    • Refund Timeline: Any online payment or offline payment refund requires 3 to 10 working days to reflect in your account. This timeline is strictly bound by standard bank settlement policies in Bangladesh.
    • Disbursement Method: The Shadleen’s Herb team will transfer the refunded amount directly to the specific bank account or mobile wallet (bKash/Nagad/Rocket) requested and confirmed by the customer.
    • Transaction Updates: Once our team initiates the refund on our end, we will notify you immediately. Please allow the required banking days for your local financial institution to settle the funds.
    Hygiene Protection:
    To guarantee absolute biological safety, we never re-sell or re-route returned food items to other families. Please order mindfully and verify your items at checkout.

Freshness & Refrigeration Disclaimer:

All food items crafted by Shadleen's Herb are completely free from chemical preservatives and stabilizing additives. Because they are entirely natural, they are highly sensitive to temperature and moisture.
  • Mandatory Rule: Customers are strictly required to store all food items inside a refrigerator immediately upon receipt to retain freshness and prevent natural spoilage.
